Implementation Guide

Step 1: Dissolve yeast in water (1). Put pepper cake flour into the mixture (1), knead well for about 10-12 nphust until the dough is smooth and chewy.

Step 2: Incubate the mixed dough for 60 minutes.

Step 3: Divide the dough into small pieces, sprinkle sesame on top and roll into thin circles. Fry the cake at a temperature of 1800C – 1850C until the cake is puffy and golden, then take it out.
