Using
Cake flour – Ancient flavor: 350g
Give more:
Water : 200ml (cup)
Sweet dry yeast (available in the box): 01 pack.
Step 1: Dissolve yeast in water (1). Put the dough into the mixture (1) and knead by hand for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
Step 2: Incubate the mixed dough for 90 – 120 minutes.
Step 3: Gently roll the dough into a rectangle 0.5cm thick. Cut the dough into pieces (8×3) cm.
Step 4: Use a wet stick to press in the middle, along the length of the dough, and then stack 2 pieces of dough on top of each other. Use a stick to gently press on the top piece of dough to stick the 2 pieces of dough together.
Step 5: Extend the dough by 3-4cm and drop it into a pan of hot oil at a temperature of 1850C – 1900C, until the cake is puffy and golden, then take it out.
Note: while frying, use chopsticks to turn the cake continuously for even baking
